The Craft of Bead Embroidery x Sustain Frame
Collaboration w/ Krystal Frame

I partnered with Krystal Frame of Sustain Frame to host a workshop at the Venus Store, a Brooklyn space owned by Kimberley Cowans. Together, we collaborated with Graza, Culture Pop, Reform Botanical, and local farmers to create an afternoon centered on mindful making and sustainability.

The goal was simple: craft a relaxed, social environment where creativity and care coexist. I guided attendees through designing brooches, pins, or patches using recycled fabrics and salvaged beads—materials that carried their own quiet histories. Meanwhile, Krystal and the team curated a space filled with botanical dyes, fresh blooms from local growers, and a playlist that felt like a shared exhale.
